XPS 15 heating up whilst off and charging.

My laptop heats up around the left side (facing up) just above the battery. This is the 9560 btw. A water spillage occurred to this machine just 3 weeks ago if that is important. ''maybe i’m just paranoid and is completely normal.'' But it’s best to make sure.

note: There are some shorted out components such as my audio board.
