I have the same problem. However, I know what the problem is, I need the super tiny “shaft that he warns about when replacing the front screen. I took my phone apart, replaced the screen/digitizer and must’ve lost the little piece that goes in the slot at the top (middle r) before you screw the last inner cover down. Would not having the “shaft” be the cause of Camera Failed? Can I just use a small piece of metal?
