I don't think there's anything that can help.

I have taken a out a blanket ban on anything LG.

I won't even buy their whitegoods.  They snub their nose saying it was misuse. How TF is ejecting a sim tray to find it open misuse. The tray is poorly engineered if it breaks inside the phone.

I will never buy LG again and I dissuade anyone I speak with from purchasing their products… NoNo matter how cheap they sell them
