How to fix "DATA USER PARTITION HAS CRASHED"?

I have huawei honor 3c (h30-u10) …its “Data user partition” has crashed…when i power on the phone ..its shows Your phone has data user partition crashed choose one of them

1-Restart

2-Restore

When i touch on restore ..it does'nt restore &hard reset also failed
