mahubb810 depending on your exact model, the cooling light will normally stay on constantly during the cycle. It should begin blinking at the end of the cycle. Your dryers issue could be an issue with the moisture sensing cycle/sensor. We’ll need your exact model to see if there is an existing wiring diagram etc. to make determination about the sensor etc. as well as running a diagnostics program.
