There are several ways to disable safe mode . Some phones you need to just shut off and reboot . Others need  be rebooted from the android menu. Select boot normally . You can also try removing the battery. Then reinstall it and reboot. or you can also go to the android menu and select wipe cache partition. One of these should reset your phone to a normal boot. Hope this helps
