If your phone goes thru a charge in one day, it may be software related.  Do you have apps running in the background?  Do you have good cellular coverage where you work?  You can usually turn off some features to save battery.  Location services are the largest battery suckers on most phones.  Also wifi may be searching for access.  Try turning those off.  Obviously, these points are null if the battery is no good.
