rahul razdan, the RAM is contained in an IC which is soldered onto the logic board. It is not possible for the regular DIY'er to change that IC. Unless you have a bigger RAM chip with the exact layout and ball grid array, and unless you know how to reball such an IC, it is not possible. Even if it could be done, the firmware might not access the additional memory address. Hope this helps, good luck.
