I have had this laptop four 5 1/2 years

it has been a faithful companion all this time,

but I find it is slow,

heard about this site on bbc radio 4 and thought I would give it a look, very impressed !

just wondered if I could upgrade some components,

I am using windows 7, not vista that it was supplied with,
