Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro will not turn on
I want to use my Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro but it won't turn on.
Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro is not charged
Although the battery life on the Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro is good, it will still run out of charge. Use the charger supplied with the laptop to charge the device.
Charger is faulty
The device should power on when the charger is plugged into the laptop and connected to a power source. Make sure the indicator light on the charger is on to make sure it works.
Battery is faulty

Make sure Toshiba is powered on
Although you may think that your Toshiba is powered on, double check and make sure the indicator light on the power button is on.
Reboot your device
If you know the power is on and the screen is still blank, try restarting your computer. Hold down the power button for at least 5 seconds and wait at least 30 seconds before restarting the device. Occasionally restarting your device may solve the issue.

Check your screen for any external damage. If your screen is cracked or if it has come in contact with any liquids, you will need to replace it.

Over time your keyboard will build up debris within the cracks of the keys from dust, liquids or even grease from your hands. This build up can cause your keys to stop working or seem unresponsive. Use compressed air to blow out any debris within the cracks of the keys. This should be done every few weeks to maintain a clean keyboard.
Laptop needs to be rebooted
If you cleaned your keyboard using compressed air and the keys are still unresponsive, reboot your Toshiba by holding down the power button for at least 5 seconds. Wait a minute then power your device back on.

If the attached keyboard happens to not work at any point in time for an unknown issue. The reasons behind this may be a result of the keyboard not being properly set within its docking station or the docking extension from the keyboard is damaged. . Audio is not working

Substance Inside Speakers
To see if you have a substance such as dust or a small particle covering your speakers, you should run an audio test. If you can still hear sounds, but it sounds blocked, then you might have a substance covering your speaker. You can fix this problem by blowing in the speaker port to try to remove the particles covering the speakers.
Loose Wiring
Since you are carrying your laptop everywhere, it is very easy for wires to get loose, thus not allowing sound to be released from the speakers. Check your device to make sure there is no loose wiring connections.
Sound Drive is faulty
If you are experiencing audio problems such as no sound at all, then your sound driver may be corrupt. In order to fix this first download a new audio driver compatible to your current operating system. After downloading the new audio driver, open up the control panel directory>>Device Manager>>Audio and Sound Driver Configuration. In this tab you should be able to uninstall, reinstall, or update your sound driver. After uninstalling your current sound driver, install the new version you just downloaded, and reboot the laptop.

To detect if your speakers are blown you should first start by doing a simple audio test. If the sound is distorted and you hear crackles or rattling, you may have a blown speaker. To fix this issue you must replace your current blown speakers with speakers that are compatible to your laptop brand.
