Pro 600 makes a clicking noise after repair and regrease

The planetary hub was falling off while using the flour mill. I watched some videos and learned how to disassemble and reassemble it. Instead of replacing the hub, I used JB Weld to reattach the shaft. I cleaned everything very well, greased all the gears according to instructions, and packed the case with new Superlube food grade grease. Now it makes a clicking noise that it never did before. It's frequency matches the speed, and it sounds like it is coming from the motor end of the transmission. Any ideas about what would cause that? The only thing I have found in researching it is the possibility of too much grease in the case, but other videos have said to pack it pretty full.

Grease wont make a clicking sound but a loose screw or a pin backed out definitely could. I would disassemble the whole front end all over and follow Mr. mixers YouTube tutorials on how to "clean" and regrease your mixer.

Thanks for the reply. I followed a video from 'Appliance Parts Pros' that gave a great description on cleaning and regreasing, and I also watched several other videos from other sources, including the one mentioned in your reply. I believe I reassembled everything exactly as required - exactly as disassembled - so I don't think that is the problem. If it doesn't stop clicking with some experimental use, I will have to disassemble it again, and I will reply again with the results.
