Here's a video that may help.
At 2:35 minutes into the video you can see stickers on the back of the LCD panel. I think that the one on the left (as viewed in the video) has the screen manufacturer's make and model information on it. If this is correct then search online using that information to find suppliers of the LCD panel that suit you best.
