Connect to pc HDB interface error

when connect to my phone Honor 7X to transfer files, a notification comes in showing it has connected but when I check in files manager, it does not show the phone. How can I fix it?

Hi @dangobanda

Try installing the Honor 7X USB driver¹ (example only) in the PC and check if that resolves the problem.

¹ There are other sites online also. Search for Honor 7X USB driver to find the one that suits you best.
