I think it's the motherboard because I tried the inquierdo speaker in another one and if it works

Removal of the speakers shouldn’t be too hard, judging by the iFixit repair guide Sustitución de los altavoces de la Samsung Chromebook Series 3
The first thing to try would be to reseat the speaker connector. Or possibly one of the wires isn’t properly crimped in the plug, or might be broken at the speaker end. If you can’t see what’s wrong then hopefully you can get a replacement pair of speakers on eBay.
