That help narrow down the issue to solve the activation issue. Are you trying to activate a SIM Card in the phone? If you could provide some further details and we can do our best to help.

@hamzakimboi if this is a used phone and you get the "Activate your device" screen, then it is most likely locked to a certain network provider. You can always check with your service provider to have it unlocked.
