@andrealope94428 your camera should come on as soon as you inserted the batteries. Make sure that they are fully charged and that they are inserted the right way. If your camera doesn't show you any sign of life, it appears as if it does not get any power. The biggest issue with these cameras is the battery door. This door helps to connect the batteries properly. Check the door that it closes properly.
If that looks ok, it may be time to disassemble the camera and to take a look at the DC-DC board. For that you want to take a couple of good pictures of that board and post those with your Question.
The only real issue is that there are no guides for this yet. The good thing is that the EasyShare C cameras all pretty much open the same way. Use something like this guide to work on it. Just take your time and work step by step to verify that you get it disassembled without damaging anything.

Utiliza algo como esta guía Kodak EasyShare C913 para trabajar en ello. Tómate tu tiempo y trabaja paso a paso para comprobar que consigues desmontarla sin dañar nada.
