The device wont turn on and when I put it on the charger, the charger light won't respond either. I've tried with multiple chargers and still nothing. I've tried resetting it but nothing.

Perhaps the charge port has come loose of the board in the speaker or is faulty.
Here's a teardown video that shows how to open the speaker so that you can hopefully see what's wrong.
Post some close up images of what you find (or even if you have seen nothing obvious) to get some more help.
