Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.

Go to p.36 to view the procedure to remove/replace the HDD.

ifixit does not approve of answers/questions that provide recommendations as they can be too subjective and also can lead to an increase in spam on the website. Unless of course the recommendation is a link to obscure or hard to obtain parts.

Best option is to search online for a 2.5" SATA III SSD (insert the capacity you want e.g. 1TB, 2TB etc) to find suppliers and then check their reviews online or the reviews for the SSDs that they're selling, to see what the general consensus it as to whether they're any good or not and then follow your instincts.
