My pc keeps overheating on startup

It hasnt been like this in the first 2 months. But all of a sudden my pc whenever i turn it on, it starts normally and with no applications being opened or anything, the cpu temp just keeps rising untill it reaches 115 Celsius and then it shuts down. Usually i just turn it on, see its overheating, and turn it off and continue the cycle untill it decides to not overheat on startup. I turned of all of the startup applications and im sure that my coolers pump works. But it still keeps overheating.

My pc specs are:

4x16gb 3200mhz kingston ram

Nvidia 3060ti 8gb vram

Ryzen 7 5700x cpu

Asus b550 aorus elite motherboard

My power supply is asus bronze 750w

And cooling system is lc power lc-cc-240-LiCo

If anyone can help me fix this it would be amazing, thank you in advance.

I checked the mounting and the thermalpaste, its all good and nothing is missing/lacking. Im not sure if there is a problem with something forcing the cpu to overheat itself. I checked the voltage and its 1.1 so its fine

If possible check that your CPU cooler is seated properly. The rapid temperature rise could be due to Poor contact with the CPU IHS(integrated heat spreader). There is a chance that your mounting hardware may have come loose.

Try getting into the BIOS menus on startup before it boots into Windows and check if the problem occurs.

If it doesn't then try starting in safe mode (see Method #2) and check if the problem occurs.

If it doesn't happen in either situation mentioned above then it looks like it is software related and not a hardware problem.

Have you checked Task Manager → Startup to see what programs are loaded on Startup?

Try disabling them one at a time and then starting the PC after each one has been disabled and check if the problem still occurs.

Well you can try the following:

  1. Position your computer in the correct place.
  2. Close your system's case.
  3. Maintain your fans.
  4. Upgrade to a water-cooling kit.
  5. Optimize your PC or laptop settings.
  6. Keep your software updated.
  7. Shut down your computer.

Everything listed is being done for a long time now. The pc's positioned on my desk with alot of free space around it. I clean my fans and the inisde of the pc every month. I check for software updates every week. And my cooler is a water cooling system that i bought from a pc shop. The pc is usually on for around 5 hours a day.
