@melusisithole you are not giving us a lot to work with. This was left as an answer to a different question. We need to know if your your phone is a Huawei P20 Pro and what you have tried. Let us know if your phone vibrates when you first turn it on. If so, first indication is a bad screen. It does not matter that it is not cracked. It can fail internally without getting cracked.
