Does anybody know if you can purchase the small metal clip thats fits onto the digitizer. Located by the cables with cutouts for the camera and flash.
They do not come with the new screen

I would not care to put that part back as in my opinion the new screen fits better without it. Just use enough adhesive and make sure everything is plane and the screen will sit perfectly. Read our discussion about this here:

Nothing i know of. fix i pod touch 4 gen without it. screen fix better. works ok without.

To be honest this piece is important in supporting the screen right where there is a gap under it. Without the piece, pressure on the exact spot would (more) easily break the glass. But if the piece is bent it will be harder to get a good fit. So you would never notice the piece is gone except if you put pressure on the spot.
