Can we change or upgrade the ram on this device to 32 GB ram?
I would love to know how to upgrade the rame if possible?

Short answer is no you can't or not easily anyway.
According to the specifications for the laptop, it either has 8GB or 16GB of LPDDR4x ram.
This is hard mounted (soldered) onto the motherboard.
You would need to find a compatible 32GB LPDDR4x module to replace the existing ram module and then also there may be a problem with the BIOS firmware as well.
