The Bluetooth is not functioning on my PC, so how can I fix it?

After the machine is on and you are logged in to your user account:

1. Press the Windows key and R key on your keyboard simultaneously

2. Type devmgmt.msc

3. Press the enter key on your keyboard.

4. You should see a window pop up. Wait for it to load.

5. Once it is loaded, click on "Bluetooth and Other Devices" to activate the dropdown.

6. Take a screenshot on the computer and upload or take a picture of the conputer screen and upload it here.
