Put in a gpu and power supply and my pc wont turn on

did you reseat the main connector to the board? check the power switch on the header and make sure its still plugged in.... try jumping the power pins? reseat the power connector on the GPU? is this a modular or semi modular power supply? is the GPU seated all the way into the connection on the board? is the power supply rated for the GPU and all other components for your computer.... 100's of what ifs....

What is the make and model number of the motherboard?
Was it working OK before you plugged in the GPU card and PSU or is it a new setup?
if new what is the make and model number of the GPU card and the PSU?

Is it newly build or was wroking well before after changing gpu and now this problem came up?

What happens if you remove the GPU card and the PSU and restore it to what it was before, does it work OK again then?
