Hi @erikasss ,

More information is needed to help you.

Make and model of motherboard?

Make and model of GPU card?

Amount of ram?

Wattage of PSU?

Does it only happen on games?

Does the PC meet the minimum system requirements for the games that fail?

Have you checked that the video drivers are the latest version for the GPU card?

What have you checked?

CPU - intel core i5-4570, 3.20 GHz

GPU- GTX 1060 6GB

RAM - 16 DDR3

PSU - I don't know honestly

That also happens when I try to watch some YouTube videos or just when I search something in my browser

On GTA V pc don't meet the minimum system requirements but it also crashes , on F1 2021 pc meet minimum system requirements

My GPU have the latest drivers version , I also tried to uninstall drivers and then re-install but that doesn't help .

Also when my pc is on on the screen appear grey colour

Hello @erikasss

You haven't named the motherboard make, model number and revision version. You will need to open the side panel and look at the board markings. While there look at the power supply. Its details are usually marked right on its side.

@erikasss

Check for any Critical, Error or Warning events that may be logged in Event Viewer at the same time as the problem occurs.

To get to Event Viewer in Win 10 press the Win key + x key (both together) and click on the Event Viewer link.

You said that it can also occur when browsing, so try starting the PC in safe mode with networking and check if it happens when browsing.

If it doesn't you may have a driver problem
