there are lines on my mac screen after dropping it by accident how do i fix it?

Lines on the display are due to a TAB failure most of the time, especially on machines with a easily serviced bare display. As such, you’re going to need to learn to live with it (if the parts cost too much), buy a donor with a good screen from the same model year, or buy a new display assembly for the laptop.
However, the issue on 2016-present is you need to change both the display and T-CON board since they are integrated as a single unit. In order to provide a better answer and assistance, we need the specific model of your Mac.
