macbook a1278 2008 when i plug the battery the fans are automatically start to work very loud and computer dont power on when i press the power button what it could be?

Without a known good logic board, RAM & drive with the proper OS to help isolate this would require a deep understanding on how to test the logic board.
I think your best direction is finding someone with the deeper skills to help you. This is at a state we just can’t troubleshoot remotely.

Did you get it wet, have a liquid spill or sat it down on a wet surface.
Did you bang or drop the system?
What were you running at the time the system stopped
What else can you tell us...
Did you pop off the bottom cover to inspect things.

receive it like that i this condition battery is new
i open the back cover and every thing look good
