Try formatting the systems memory should fix the problem. The manual for the DSi is available here and might also work for you. Check page 85 of the manual. Good Luck.

me too... man i have Nintendo dsi xl from 2008 and i want to play "the new super mario" i dont remember correctly the name but yah I cant it says to prees and hold the power if u are still available can u tell WHAT to do ty for ur time ;]
