My screen stopped working after I dropped it
No cracks or marks on the screen. i believe some ribbon cable couldve came loose. Touchscreen is absolutely unresponsive.

I have seen an iphone x have a short on this line before PP5V25_TOUCH_VDDH this stopped it from having touch short will need to be removed.
It will need to be taken into a Micro Solderer to be repaired.

Even though your Digitizer is not cracked you may have damaged it beyond novice repair when you dropped it. However, you can check to see if a cable came loose using the guide below.

the phone is also very hot and drains its own battery very quickly. do these symptoms ring any bells on what the issue may be?
If these were issues before the drop then I wouldn't think too much of it.

yea it only started after i dropped it. like its committing suicide. cant even unlock the phone and it stays hot as !&&* and drains itself faster than if you were trying your best to drain it
