This will depend on the make and model of your TV. Post some images of what your screen shows with your question. If your on-screen menu is normal but your video screen is distorted, it is most likely a bad Mainboard. If both the menu and the screen are solarized in appearance it is either the t-con board or the panel. Again, we need to know your TV’s make and exact model for definite answers.
