The plug on the tablet wont accept the wire to charge it. Broken?

Here’s a link to the ifixit Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7 Kids Charging Port Replacement guide.
Any reputable, professional mobile phone or electronics repair service should be able to replace the USB port if it is faulty. The only problem may be getting the correct compatible part as there are a lot of different USB port connectors but it shouldn’t be that hard. (even if they all look the same from the front they may connect differently onto the systemboard).
If they say they don’t know how to open the tablet tell them about the ifixit repair guide or better still go to someone else ;-)

Thanks a lot. Unfortunately, I live in a small town and we don’t have a lot of choices. What else can I do? I don’t want to fix it myself.
