Wireless Connection issue problem

My surface will not detect any wireless internet connections. My laptop/iPhone all see the various options. Airplane mode is not on.

Hi,

Check in Device Manager,

(if Win 10 installed - right click on Windows start button, left side of Taskbar and find link to Device Manager)

on the status of the Wireless Network Adapter

(in Device manager scroll down to Network Adapters and click on the + symbol to expand the list. Find the Wireless adapter right click and select Properties.

on the status of the Wireless Network Adapter

(in Device manager scroll down to Network Adapters and click on the + symbol to expand the list. Find the Wireless adapter right click and select Properties. — jayeff
