I really need help

ok so all of my stuff is on the phone but i need a new battery for it but i'm going to buy a new phone so what's the use of buying a $80 thing just so i can i buy another thing? and i would love to just get rid of my phone by getting all of the info from my computer but i forgot my password so it's really stressful trying to change it and it's like you need your password to get a password so you can get a password to get to another password i'm really desperate please help i'm really bumed and stressed and i can't sleep i'm just a 12 year old with all of his passwords locked and he can't get them.
