there is a grounded sound upon turning ON. I haven't seen any burn electronic device on PCB.

Hi, Have you got anything connected to any inputs at all? If so have you tried removing them to see if the 'noise' disappears?

Have you checked for domed or bulging capacitors as one may be faulty and introducing a 'ground' into the circuit?
