The sound is very bad/noisy while calling, but if I use a headphone o turn on the speaker then it works perfect. I hope you can help me ;)

If you are talking about the top earpiece speaker that is used to hear people during calls then it is either badly mounted or faulty.
Replacing it should do the trick if it just suddenly started happening out of nowhere and screen hasn't been replaced before.
You hear a crackling or bad sound quality sound from it right?

I did replace iPhone 6 Earpiece Speaker but this did not resolve the issue. The screen has not been replaced before. Yes that's right, the sound quality is bad and its like digital voice.
