My Casio G'z One Boulder displays searching for service on main wallpaper. I cannot make/receive calls Does anyone know what the problem with my phone? I have already turned off/on phone. Removed battery and still same problem.

You weren't in an area that Verizon has CDMA 2G/3G coverage in. However, both of those have been shut down.
