Dear sir,
i have nokia 3300b model. i have purchased cell from US. now in india its not worked. i have given to the shop for unlocking but he was installed wrong software so mobile is not working. i want to know how to format 3300b cell and where i will get system software.

you can't "format" the phone.
what software did he flash into the phone ???
the 3300b internal name is NEM-2 - thats the only thing that should be flashed into the phone.
it's a DCT-4 Series and to update/flash a firmware into this phone - you would need some special hardware.
