Black+Decker is an American manufacturer of power tools, accessories, hardware, home improvement products, home appliances, and fastening systems.
From almost the inception of the company in 1910, the brand could be identified as "Black & Decker" with the iconic hexagon logo symbol.
In 2014, they rebranded from "Black & Decker" to "Black+Decker", in which also the hexagon logo was removed from the branding.
