It is possible that the power adapter is not bringing power to the computer because of an internal break or tear. You will have to purchase a new power chord unless there is a visible tear that can be soldered back together.
If the computer is getting power from the chord but not turning on, then it is possible that the power supply inside the computer is not functioning properly. You will have to purchase a replacement power supply.

If the speakers are not working properly you will have to replace them. Purchase replacement speakers, take out the old ones and put in the replacement.

If you do not believe it's a hardware issue, it is possible that your hardware is not functioning properly because it has a virus. If it's a virus, wiping your hard drive and re-installing your operating system should fix the problem.
