Conectividad Bluetooth
La conexión Bluetooth falla desde el iHome o desde el dispositivo fuente. Por ejemplo, tu teléfono está conectado pero no se reproduce el audio.
El Bluetooth está encendido
Asegúrate de que la configuración de Bluetooth en tu dispositivo fuente esté encendida. Deberías ver el símbolo de Bluetooth en tu dispositivo totalmente sólido y no atenuado.
Botón Bluetooth del iHome
Enciende el dispositivo manteniendo presionado el botón iHome hasta que aparezca una luz azul. El botón Bluetooth se encuentra en la esquina izquierda del centro de control del dispositivo. Mantén presionado este botón hasta que la luz azul parpadee, eso significa que está listo para sincronizarse.
El cable USB no funciona
El cable mini USB suministrado no funciona.
Conectado
Asegúrate de que el cable USB esté conectado firmemente en ambos extremos. Puede ser un problema con los propios puertos USB, consulta nuestra guía de sustitución de la placa base aquí.
Daño externo
Examina el cable para asegurarte de que esté completamente intacto. Si una parte del cable está expuesta, usa cinta eléctrica para aislarlo.
El cable podría estar roto
Si ninguna de estas opciones resolvió tu problema, llama para solicitar un reemplazo o simplemente compra un cable USB nuevo.
El dispositivo no responde
El dispositivo no responde. No sale sonido por el altavoz, el altavoz no se enciende.
El dispositivo está encendido
Comprueba si la alimentación está encendida. Presiona el botón de encendido para encender el dispositivo; deberías ver una luz azul parpadeando cerca del botón de encendido.
Carga completa
Asegúrate de que el dispositivo esté completamente cargado. Al cargarlo, debería aparecer una luz roja cerca del botón de encendido. Recuerda, ¡el dispositivo solo se enciende cuando está completamente cargado!
Restablecer el dispositivo
Si el dispositivo no responde, restablece el dispositivo. Enciende el dispositivo y presiona el botón de reinicio en la parte posterior durante 2 segundos; necesitarás un alfiler pequeño para acceder al orificio donde se encuentra el botón.
Comprobar conexiones
Asegúrate de que el dispositivo esté conectado a Bluetooth. Cuando está conectado a Bluetooth, la luz azul debe ser sólida y no parpadear. Tu dispositivo fuente, como tu teléfono, debería mostrar el símbolo de Bluetooth.
Accesorio de luz
Si la luz del dispositivo no se enciende, conecta el altavoz a un interruptor de alimentación y luego mantén presionado el botón de encendido/apagado durante 2 segundos para restablecer el dispositivo.
Apagar y volver a encender
Si la luz sigue apagada, presiona el botón Modo de color. Si no hay efecto, contacta al servicio de atención al cliente. O, si te sientes cómodo desmontando el producto, revisa nuestra página de sustitución de luz aquí.

First time poster. My iPhone will not charge went thru trouble shooting guid and even with a new working usb cord the iPhone will not charge. From what I can tell the male USB port is damaged. Is this component serviceable?

Whenever the lights are turned on there is a high pitched sound whether the music is playing or not. It starts immediately upon the lights being turned on.

i just bought an iHome speaker iBT78 and the battery level is full, successfully paired, playing music, but the lights doesn’t work!!! Nothing not a single light! I’ve been trying everything…. pulsing the light button turning it on and of and on again…. somebody help me please sad

Theres one way I came across to playing music on the speaker and that was to using the double sided cord connecting the speaker and phone together defeating the whole purpose of using wireless bluetooth…
My phones gives me the option to unpair but its not connected and when i connect other speakers its says connected right next to the name of the speaker thats bluetoothed. On the speaker the blue light is still blinking when i read that when its connected its supposed to stay blue without flashing in your guide… ive made sure all connections are on, turned bluetooth speaker / my cell off n back on multiple times, checked if all cords are plugged in right after buying new usb charging cords as well, charged it to a full battery, tried pairing while charging too, tried pairing to other phones and even reset the speaker. STILL GOT NOTHING
Help please???????
