Unstable Bluetooth Connection
An unstable or incorrect Bluetooth connection can result in no audio output or intermittent sound issues.
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on.
- Reconnect the speaker to the device.
- Ensure the correct audio output device is selected.
- Remove old pairings and reconnect if necessary.
Audio Settings are Incorrect
Incorrect volume settings or muted audio can make it seem like the speaker is not working.
- Increase the volume on both the speaker and the connected device.
- Make sure audio is not muted.
- Confirm that media is actively playing.
- Check device sound settings for restrictions.
Loose Speaker Cable Connector
Loose or damaged internal wiring can interrupt the signal between the main board and the speakers. To check for loose cable connections, use the speaker replacement guide to access the speaker connectors on the main board.
- Check internal wiring connections.
- Reattach any loose wires securely.
- Inspect for damaged or broken wires.
