El botón de encendido no funciona
El dispositivo no se enciende ni se apaga
Mal funcionamiento de la fuente de alimentación
Si el botón de encendido no funciona para encender o apagar tu dispositivo, es posible que la batería esté agotada. Para sustituirla, sigue los pasos de sustitución de batería aquí Sony SRS-XB30 Sustitución de la Batería.
El dispositivo se apaga aleatoriamente
El dispositivo se apaga continuamente sin intervención manual
Cableado desgastado o mal colocado
A veces, el cableado interno puede desgastarse o enredarse con otros, causando un corte de energía repentino en el dispositivo. El dispositivo no se carga
El problema podría ser uno de los siguientes:
Cargador defectuoso
Prueba con otro adaptador de carga. Si el dispositivo sigue sin cargar, necesitas comprar un nuevo adaptador. Puedes comprar un cargador nuevo en línea o en tiendas.
Puerto de carga

El botón de reinicio de tu dispositivo

Interferencia con otras transmisiones

I've tried to reset my speaker but it still won't turn on or charge

I have this speaker model, and the original charger that came in the box broke with the top of the pin still lodged in the charging port. The speaker worked till the previous charged battery lasted, however, after that, it did not charge with a new charger either. Any suggestions?

I unplugged the unit from its charger (at the unit, not from the wall) while I was actively playing music through a bluetooth connection. The sound stopped immediately, which apparently is normal, but now I can only get sound from bluetooth if the unit is plugged in to power. No sound at all using the battery. I’ve tried resetting the unit, terminating and reconnecting the bluetooth device, using bluetooth standby - nothing works in regaining sound using just the battery. What is wrong with the unit?

I have just fitted a new battery to the srsxb30 but still not working won't turn on , have tried reset , I have looked for a replacement charging box but am unable to find one have looked on Sony parts and on the Internet. Any help please
