Device Will Not Turn On
Device does not respond to power button.
Devices battery is not charged
Shortly, if not immediately, after device is unplugged from the power source, the device loses all charge and needs to be plugged back in. A solution to this problem is to place the device on the charger and allow enough time for the battery to regain it's charge.
Charging Cord is Damaged
Device is turned on, allowing you to press button but nothing is displayed on the screen, even after the battery has been attempted to charge. A possible solution to this problem is to try another charger or to replace the charger itself.
Screen Displays "Settings Has Stopped"
Device prompts a screen "Application Has Stopped"
Lack of Memory
This means that the application that was running had been stopped due to some error. If this error appears first, attempt to reboot the device. If the problem continues, the issue might be the lack of enough RAM. To clear the RAM on the device, go to RAM manager, and hitting "Clear RAM" or "Clear Memory".
Too many applications running
User has too many applications running at the same time. For example having music playing while playing a video game and having location services on. Try closing all application and only using one at a time.
Sounds Are Distorted Out of The Phone
Music, ringtone, and sounds are muffled and it is hard to hear what is playing out of the phone.
Loose headphone jack
Test audio through the phones speakers, then test it using headphones. If the audio is only distorted while listening via headphones, the audio jack or the headphones themselves may be faulty. Audio that cuts in and out is often a sign of a loose audio jack, so make sure the audio jack is fully inserted in the phone. Try replacing the headphones or adjusting the position of the headphones when listening to music.
The speakers is broken or impaired
Any sound coming from the phone is distorted or no sound is working. Try listening the the music with headphones and without headphones to determine if it is the speaker itself or the headphone jack that is faulty. If it is the speakers that is not working then look into replacing the speaker.
Poor Wireless Connection
Unable to connect to a wireless network or is connected but internet is not being received. To fix this, attempt to disconnect to "Forget" the network. Reconnect to the network. If problem continues, restart phone.
Connection is not established
Check the reception, if the reception is not good enough then wireless connection can be easily lost. At this point go to a location where you can get better reception and try making a call there. If this still does not work then the other party could be on another line so try again at a different time.
Out of Service area icon is displayed
At this point you have check the reception, if the reception is not the problem then check to be sure that your hand is not covering the internal antenna in the device. Another reason this icon may show up is if the Nano IC Chip is not inserted or if it is inserted incorrectly. Make sure the chip is inserted the correct way and is free of dust and debris for a solid connection.
