Blurry or Black Camera
Your screen will appear black when trying to use the camera.
Object is blocking the camera
If you can not see the image you are trying to take, make sure there is nothing blocking the camera lens. For example, a sticker could be blocking the camera, or if the phone is a new device, packaging wrap might be covering the camera. Remove either of these things before moving on. To fix the dirty camera, take a fiber cloth and clean your camera completely to ensure there is not dirt messing with your camera quality. After, open up your camera again and see if your camera is any better. If this still does not help, here is a link on how to replace your camera.
Another reason why your camera is not working could be due to water damage. To fix this, remove the back and battery of your phone, then put your device in dry rice and let it sit overnight. This will help soak up any moisture in the phone.
No Sound in Headphones
Headphone jack will not work with headphones.
To fix this, try different headphones and if those work, all you need to do is switch headphones. They will need to be 3.5 mm headphones in order to fit the headphone jack.
Loose Headphone Jack
When you plug in your headphones and no sound comes through, first try testing your headphones with another device. If the headphones work with another device, then your headphone jack is broken. There could be water damage, the headphone jack could be loose, or the connection with the headphone end may not be compatible with your device. Go to this site and learn how to replace your headphone jack.
Distorted Screen Images
You have trouble viewing images on your screen
If you are not able to view content on your screen because it appears cracked, you will need to replace the screen. Here is a link to help you change the screen.

If your screen looks like a 1980'd television with lines running through it, your liquid-crystal display (LCD) could be damaged. To replace your LCD screen, here is a video you can watch that will guide you step by step on how to fix your LCD screen.
No Sound or Muffled Sound From Speakers
Your speakers will not play sound or the sound is of poor quality.
To fix this, try turning your volume up. If you still can't hear sound through the speaker, go to this site to learn how to replace your speaker.
If there is dirt blocking the speaker, you will need to clean them with the proper tools. To do so, you will get a microfiber cloth, dampen the cloth, but don't over do it. After this, take the damp cloth and wipe the speakers in a circular motion. Afterward, go over it with a dry cloth.
Defective Charging Port
Your charging port seems to not be connecting.
Large Phone Case
If your phone case is too big, it might be conflicting with the connection of the charging cable to the charging port. To fix this, try a different phone case.
Loose Charging Port
If your phone isn't charging with your current charging cable, try another one. If that does not work, your charging port might be loose and to fix this, you will need to replace it.
