Saw Doesn’t Turn On
The saw doesn’t turn on
Possibility: Check The Plug Outlet
During when you choose to use the saw that it’s plugged in. If that doesn’t work, then reset the plug outlet to make sure the outlet is functioning order.
Faulty Trigger
If the motor doesn’t turn on when the trigger pulled, then make sure the device is receiving 12 amps of power. If it is, and the motor still doesn’t turn on when the trigger is pulled, replace the trigger.
Motor doesn’t turn on when powered
If the motor is receiving 12 amps of power and still not turning on. Then the problem may come from the motor itself being faulty or from wear and tear on the motor. If so, then you may have to replace the motor itself.
Saw Doesn’t Turn Off
The switch is stuck in the on position.
Faulty Switch
If the switch doesn’t turn on, begin adjusting the switch by is unscrewing all the screws around the handle area and checking the voltage measure. If the wiring around the switch is receiving the proper amount of voltage, then replace the switch.
Replace Switch
If adjusting the wiring of the switch doesn’t work, the next best option would be to take apart the handle area and taking the switch/wiring from the saw and finding a new replacement to set in the handle assembly bar.
Assembly Bar Feels Loose
The assembly bar is loose and unsecured
Missing Screws
If the assembly bar won’t go back into place, check the screws to see if any are missing. If they are, replace. If this does not fix the issue, replace the assembly bar.
Loose Screws
If the assembly bar feels loose, try to tightening the screw holding the assembly bar until it feels secure in place.
Blade Stuck In Machine
Blade will not release from saw.
Faulty Locking Mechanism
If the blade will not release from the saw, check the locking mechanism to see if there are any gears or parts that aren’t moving properly. If all gears and parts are moving properly, replace the entire locking mechanism.
Blade Does Not Cut
The blade doesn’t cut to proper function
Faulty Blade
If the blade is not being held correctly. For example if the blade gets stuck in wood, then you may need to replace the blade with one that’s properly functioning.
Replace Blade
If the blade is dull is or broken, replace it with a new one.
