Mi tablet funciona lenta. ¿Cómo puedo acelerarla?
La batería no mantiene la carga
Inserta suavemente un clip desplegado en el orificio que alberga el botón de reinicio y mantenlo presionado durante aproximadamente 60 segundos. La tablet debería activar la pantalla de carga y proceder a cargarse. Si la batería sigue sin mantener la carga, necesitarás sustituir la batería.
El dispositivo no se enciende
Asegúrate de que el dispositivo tenga carga e inspecciona el botón en busca de cualquier residuo que pueda impedir su funcionamiento y límpialo si es necesario. Si el dispositivo está cargado y el botón sigue sin encenderlo, es posible que necesites sustituir la placa de botones.
La cámara toma fotos borrosas o distorsionadas
Es posible que la lente de la cámara esté sucia, así que intenta limpiarla con un paño sin pelusa. Si la limpieza no ha resuelto el problema, puede ser necesario sustituir la lente de la cámara.
Pantalla rota o que no funciona correctamente
Si la imagen de tu pantalla parece tener líneas finas o está distorsionada, necesitarás sustituir la pantalla.
El audio no se reproduce o tiene demasiado ruido
Ajusta el volumen del dispositivo y asegúrate de que no haya otras aplicaciones reproduciendo audio. Si el problema persiste, es posible que necesites sustituir el altavoz.

The RCA screen comes on then goes off. It won't stay on. Before this started it would be fully charged & turn off. I would have to keep it plugged in order to use my tablet. Now I can't use it at all. Also getting messages that Google not responding or Launcher not responding. I have a Pro 10 Edition. I use it mostly to play games & go on Facebook. My Tablet Was Working Fine Yesterday. I put it on the charger and I went to get it last night and it wouldn't even turn on so I placed it back on the charger thinking that maybe it didn't charge but it won't turn on it won't reset. I'm getting nothing
