Recently, I purchased (2) Quicksilver Fifty50 Sport watches with the analogue isn’t working. The seller indicated that the analogue batteries needed to be replaced. I removed the four screws on the back of the watch, after removing the band. On the inside of the back cover there is a sticker with CR2032 and a picture of the battery in the battery holder, removed from the green circuit board. (Your trouble shooting guide for replacing the battery indicates that the battery should be replaced with CR2016. I went ahead and replaced the CR2032 batteries on both watches, with CR2032 batteries, but the analogue still doesn’t work on either watch. What’s my next step? Thank you
