Philips Somneo isn’t turning on

When pressing the “on” button on your Philips Somneo alarm, it is not reacting by turning on. Please follow the steps provided below to fix the issue.

The Philips Somneo is not a wireless device, meaning it comes with a plug in the back. Check to see whether or not your device is plugged into a a working outlet. If the device is plugged in then please try method 2 below.

In order to perform a hard reset, the reset button can be found behind the device. When the reset button is located, use a small tool to press the small reset button and hold for a couple of seconds. If the device is hard reset and still is not turning on then please try method 3 below.
