Device Won't Power On
The power button will not move from one position or does not turn on the device.
Battery is Not Charged
If the power button does not turn on the device, plug in the device and make sure it is charged/charging.
Power Button is Stuck
If the power button does not slide to the on or off position, check if there is debris near the power button. If there is debris, clear debris using tweezers or a can of compressed air and try again.
Power Button Does not Work
If the power button still does not slide, with nothing restricting its path, it will need to be replaced. The power button replacement guide can be accessed here.
Battery Does Not Charge
The device will not power on even when plugged in and charging.
Faulty Power Adapter
If the device won’t turn on when plugged in, but a different adapter charges the device, then the original adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Faulty Port
If the device won’t turn on when plugged in, it could be a faulty power adapter. Try a different adapter, and if the device still will not charge or turn on, then the charging port needs to be replaced. The charging port replacement guide can be accessed here.
Faulty Battery
If the device turns on when plugged into charger but doesn’t when not plugged in, the battery may need to be replaced. The battery replacement guide can be accessed here.
Battery Does Not Hold a Charge
The device will power on but will run out of battery rapidly.
Poor Connections
If device is plugged in but the light flickers or does not display red while charging, then the device is not properly charging. See above “Battery does not charge” to solve problem.
Faulty Battery
Charge the device for an hour, and if it still runs out of battery rapidly, the battery will need to be replaced. The battery replacement guide can be accessed here.
LED Light Not Functioning
The LED does not light up, even though the device may be powered on.
The Device Is Not Powered On
If the LED is not lighting up make sure your device is charged and powered on.
Faulty Connection To The LED
If your device is charged and powered on, and the LED is still not lit, it may have a faulty connection to the motherboard within the device. The speaker will have to be disassembled and the connection will be examined.
Faulty LED
If the LED is properly connected to the motherboard and still not lit when powered on, the LED may be faulty or burnt out and needs to be replaced.
Ports Not Functioning
The ports are very tight and adapters can't plug in completely.
Blocked Port
Debris can easily become stuck and block the ports from making a proper connection. If there is a noticeable piece of debris in one of the ports, try to gently remove the debris with a pair of tweezers or using a can of compressed air.
If the debris cannot be removed, replace the blocked port.

Port Damaged Due to Debris Removal
If the ports still fail to function (will not charge device or does not produce sound when plugged into a device) they may need to be replaced.
