La tableta Linsay no se enciende
Hagas lo que hagas, no logras que tu tableta se encienda.
Batería agotada/defectuosa
Si la tableta no se enciende, conecta la tableta y el cargador a una fuente de alimentación. Si la batería no se carga, compra una batería nueva. Puedes encontrar la guía para sustituir la batería aquí.
Pantalla defectuosa
Es posible que parezca que no sucede nada porque la retroiluminación está rota. Si este es el problema, debes sustituir la retroiluminación.
Mala calidad de audio
El sonido no se reproduce o no se reproduce bien a través del altavoz de la tableta.
El volumen es bajo o está silenciado
Es posible que los controles de volumen estén ajustados al nivel más bajo o desactivados; utiliza el botón de volumen para ajustar el volumen del altavoz.
Altavoz estropeado
Si el sonido no se reproduce a través del altavoz de la tableta, el problema podría solucionarse sustituyendo el altavoz.
Pantalla rota o agrietada
La pantalla de la tableta está hecha añicos o agrietada.
Pantalla agrietada
Si la pantalla de tu tableta está agrietada o hecha añicos, sustituir la pantalla de cristal solucionaría el problema. Puedes encontrar la guía para sustituir la pantalla aquí.

this is a new tablet it was purchase around 3 mouth ago it will not charge

Bought 3 of these last week and 2 of them don't work. I am not going to pay more money to have someone look at it. Pretty sad that they won't work after 1 week

I bought a Lindsay F-10XHD tablet for my grandson and since we have had it the screen comes on after trying it numerous times. Sometimes won't even come on. Then the volume u can barely hear. Very aggravated with this product!!

My Lindsay turns on but it won't still click on to main screen. I tried to reset as instructed that doesn't work.

I have only had my table for about 1 week. I turned it off and now when it boots back up only 6 of the 9 dots appear on the screen for me to draw the security design to open the tablet. I have pushed the reset button, restarted it and powered it off and it keeps doing the same thing
